Our rate for transcribing is 125.00 USD per hour of taped recording transcribed for one or two speakers, for recordings of good sound quality. Recordings of more than two speakers is charged at a rate of 175.00 USD per hour of recording and 185.00 USD per hour of recording for participant identification.

Discounts for large orders are available to non-profit organizations upon request.  

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES MAY BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL COST AS FOLLOWS:

• Poor voice quality / intelligibility, that may require several playbacks.

• Same-day, overnight, and weekend service, as well as express
  delivery charges.

• Frequent time coding.

• Large numbers of short digital files

• Transcription and Translation of foreign language files.
